Wale Blast Kendrick Lamar After Grammy Nominations
Wale isn’t here for Kendrick Lamar right now and is making some serious claims online.
The Maybach Music Group rapper (well for now) took to Twitter on Monday to blast Kendrick Lamar saying that he has stopped answering his calls since getting those 11 Grammy nominations.
Wale seems upset after his “Album About Nothing” was snubbed by the Grammys.
A fan suggested that Wale should go on a tour Kendrick Lamar, but that is not going to happen anytime soon.
“Ain’t answered that phone since the last nomination,” Wale tweeted.
“I get the Demi lavato treatment from him now. It’s hard out here.”
The Washington D.C. rapper has been consistently beefing with his labelmate Meek Mill over the last several months. But seems like he is now inciting a beef with one of hip hop’s MVPs.
A member of Kendrick Lamar’s TDE crew has since responded to Wale on Twitter basically saying no wonder he is not a member of the MMG.
That sentiment was strong advocated by Meek Mill a few weeks ago on social media.
