Omarion furious, singer thinks he’s “Post to be” nominated for a Grammy
R&B Star Omarion yesterday, vented about the Grammys snub of his hit single, Post to Be, stating that “the odds have always been against me”.
The singer teamed up with Chris Brown and Jhene Aiko for the electro R&B tune, and although the song has been making waves on the American music charts, it was not among the contenders for Best R&B Performance when the 2016 Grammy Award nominations were announced yesterady.
In response, the former B2K singer took to Twitter.com to share his frustrations, calling Post to Be “one of the greatest R&B collaborations ever”.
Omarion, whose album O was nominated for Best Contemporary R&B album in 2006, will now watch as his peers Miguel, The Weeknd, Jazmine Sullivan, D’Angelo and The Vanguard and Tyrese battle for the coveted award at the annual award ceremony on February 15.
