Russian mother of 3 goes viral for semi-nude yoga

Marina Vovchenko, 34-year-old Russian mum has become an internet sensation thanks to her semi-nude yoga poses, which have drawn plenty of attention online.
She hails from the Russian capital of Moscow, now has over 145,000 followers on social media thanks to her revealing pictures.
her journey to becoming an online sensation began after posting photographs of herself doing yoga poses on her Instagram account.
Most of the images show petite Marina, who has a shaved head and wears thick-rimmed glasses, showing off her strength and flexibility in a range of positions set in picturesque surroundings.
However, the yoga instructor has received criticism for her posts.Some online commentators suggest that, since she has a husband and three children, Marina ought to cover up. Marina insists she has ‘nothing to be ashamed of ‘ and won’t be taking suggestions to be more modest any time soon.
Marina stated: ‘I love my body and think this is the best accessory a woman can have.’
Marina husband seems to have no issues with her being semi-nude, she said: ‘My husband is not my owner, and I am free to do whatever I feel is right for me.
‘There is a category of women that can’t do anything without their husband’s permission. Well, this is not my experience.’
She said that her children love her the way she is – with her clothes on or off
