Woman found left for dead on a nudist beach in Florida

An 18-year-old woman was stabbed multiple times on a nudist beach in Florida, police claim.

The unknown victim was left with multiple stab wounds after the attack at the Sunsport Gardens resort in Loxahatchee at around 9.30am on Sunday and later hospitalized.

The attacker is still free roaming and needs to be apprehended as quickly as possible, according to Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue’s Captain David Toohey.

The resort’s general manager, Morley Schloss, told The Associated Press that the 18-year-old woman had been walking on a nature trail when pounced upon by an unknown assailant.

Schloss says police are searching the area with dogs and that the woman was not seriously injured and expects to be released from the hospital Monday.
