Abby Dallas Dazzles at Weddy Weddy

One Jam Music’s recording artiste Abby Dallas showed why she is most deserving of her invite to Sting 2015 when she delivered a scintillating set at the Weddy Weddy leg of the RJR Communication’s Group Kingston Music Week on December 2.

The emerging star, fresh off the Welcome to Jamrock Cruise earlier in the day, started her performance with a bit of wit, assuring Stone Love’s founder and Weddy Weddy host Father Pow that even if she had to jump off the ship and swim to the location, she would not have missed the opportunity to perform at this special edition of Weddy Weddy.

She eased into the musical portion of her set with her hit reggae ballad From My Heart, which she dedicated to Father Pow.

The Versatile Diva then followed up From My Heart with her thought-

provoking lovers rock hits He’s Just Not Into You and Nuh House Mouse, before launching into her dancehall catalogue with Extraordinary (I am that Girl), which earned her another round of forwards. On the strength of her performance at WeddyWeddy, she was invited to the Hitz 92FM Road Show in Bog Walk on December 5 by DJ Roderick Howell. She justified the Hitz Family’s confidence in her ability by again delivering another outstanding performance punctuated by many genuine forwards.

The artiste credits her rising popularity in town and country to her growing comfort and confidence that enable her to connect better with her audiences. Abby shared, “I think I’m now understanding my craft much better and getting into my comfort zone, so I’m now able to communicate better with my audience. I know I still have a way to go, so I work each day striving to do better.

Folks should come out to Sting 2015, as I plan to put on a treat for my fans.”
