Kim Kardashian already dropped 17lbs since giving birth to Saint West

35-year-old Reality TV Show Star Kim Kardashian says she ‘almost died’ when she tipped the scales at 190 pounds at the peak of her second pregnancy.

However Kim K says she has already lost 17 pounds of baby weight after giving birth to her son Saint on December 5.

Kim shared the news during a live video stream via her app as she cooked a Chicago style pizza with Caitlyn Jenner, she claims that the high calorie food was just for Caitlyn as she is on a diet.

While Kim never physically appeared on the live stream, her voice could be heard as she talked about getting back to her ideal weight of 120 pounds.

The wife of Rapper Kanye West claims she weighed in at 130 before getting pregnant with her second child, but was only 124 pounds when she married her husband in 2014.

With this second pregnancy she tipped the scales at 190, so by doing the math Kim is now down to 173 pounds, due in part to breastfeeding and good dieting.

She said: ‘I started off at 130. I gained 60lbs.That’s 190lbs. One… nine.. zero… I almost died’

Cailyn revealed Kris Jenner got to 202lbs during her pregnancies with Kendall and Kylie.

Kim pointed out that Kris is 5’8’, while she is 5’3.

During the broadcast Caitlyn tells her former stepdaughter: ‘You are looking much better.’

‘I am feeling much better,’ replies.

Meanwhile, Kim recently revealed she has had newborn son Saint’s placenta made into pills which she takes daily in a bid to ward off postpartum depression.

Indeed, the reality star explained, she did the same after the birth of daughter North, and was thrilled with the results.

‘So, I’m really not this holistic person or someone who would have ever considered eating my placenta,’ admitted Kim on her website KimKardashianWest.com.

And when I say “eat my placenta,” I mean that I’m having it freeze-dried and made into a pill form—not actually fry it like a steak and eat it (which some people do, BTW).’

The star explained that some friends of hers inspired her, after crediting the pills with stopping them from developing postpartum depression.

‘I thought, why not try it? What do I have to lose?’ wrote Kim.
